Anonymixer terms in plain English.
Written how a person would explain them. No walls of legalese, no dark patterns, no traps — just the terms of using our bitcoin mixer.
What Anonymixer is.
Anonymixer is a Bitcoin mixer. You send us BTC and a list of addresses; we send BTC to those addresses from wallets that have no on-chain link to what you sent. This BTC mixer has been running since 2020.
We are not a wallet, not an exchange, not a custodian, not a bank, not a financial institution of any kind. We don't hold your bitcoin as an "account balance." We move it through the mixer and it's gone from our side. The about page has more on how we run this crypto mixer.
What we ask of you.
- Don't use the service for anything that's illegal where you live.
- Read the signed letter of guarantee before you deposit. If something's wrong, don't send.
- Keep the letter until your outputs have arrived. It's your only proof if we mess up.
- Don't send us bitcoin that isn't yours to send.
Fees.
Between 1% and 2% of what you send. The exact number is on the signed letter before you deposit. There are no other fees from our side. Bitcoin network fees are separate and shown too.
Delays and outputs.
You choose. Delays range from immediate release to 72 hours, per output. Up to 20 output addresses per mix. Up to 10 separate deposits into one session. The how it works section covers this.
What we don't do.
- We don't ID you. No name, no email, no phone. There's no place to enter any of that.
- We don't screen deposits. Not for AML, not for anything. If your compliance situation requires an audit trail, this isn't for you.
- We don't store logs. No IPs, no cookies, no session records after your outputs go out.
- We don't cooperate with data requests. Because there's nothing to hand over.
Important. "Nothing to hand over" is the honest answer. If someone shows up with a warrant, we can't produce what we don't keep. But that's also why you should trust the architecture, not just our promise — check the guarantees page for what you can actually verify.
If something goes wrong.
If a payout doesn't arrive within its window, PGP-encrypt the signed letter and send it to the dispute address on the contact page. We answer disputes within 72 hours in the vast majority of cases.
A dispute is resolved either by sending the missing output or by refunding the deposit to your source address (minus the Bitcoin network fee). We don't argue about the letter — the signature is either good or it isn't.
Jurisdiction.
Bitcoin mixing is legal in a lot of countries and restricted or prohibited in others. You know where you are. Where you live and what you do with the money is on you. Nothing on this site is legal advice. If you need legal advice, get it from someone qualified to give it.
If your jurisdiction prohibits mixing services, don't use this one. We can't tell whether you have or haven't — that's the whole point — but that doesn't mean the rule doesn't apply to you.
What "guarantee" means and doesn't mean.
The signed letter is a real guarantee about a specific mix: we send what it says, when it says. That we stand behind.
We do not guarantee that mixing bitcoin will make you undetectable in every investigation. Chain analysis keeps evolving; personal opsec matters as much as the mix itself. The about page has a fuller list of what mixing can't fix.
Changes to these terms.
If we change these, the "last updated" date at the top changes. Significant changes get called out in the warrant canary too, so you can see them there without checking this page.
We won't quietly slip in surveillance or a new fee. If it's not on this page or in the signed letter, we're not doing it.
