How to send us something encrypted.

Any of the addresses above accept PGP. For disputes about the mixer it's required. For everything else it's recommended.

  1. Grab our public key from the guarantees page.
  2. Verify the fingerprint: 9F3A B471 C082 5E6D 4A19 · 7D28 CC46 8B03 A115 F692
  3. Import: gpg --import anonymixer-pubkey.asc
  4. Encrypt your message: gpg --encrypt --armor -r 9F3AB471C0825E6D letter.txt
  5. Send the resulting .asc file to the address that fits.

Include your PGP public key in the message if you want us to encrypt the reply. Otherwise we'll answer in the clear.

What we won't answer.

We don't reply to legal threats via email. If your lawyer needs to talk to our lawyer about the bitcoin mixer, tell them to find our lawyer — we're not going to help them.

We don't respond to "just verifying you're really who you say you are" fishing. Our PGP key, our canary, and our onion address prove that. If you don't believe them, we can't help you.

We don't do partnerships, affiliate deals, or reciprocal links. If someone claims we do, they're lying.

One last thing.

If you're actively in the middle of a dispute, please don't also open editorial threads about it. We'll get to the dispute either way, and mixing channels just slows both down. Pick one.

Nothing in emails to us is legal advice, and nothing you write to us creates a lawyer-client relationship or any other kind of professional obligation from our side. We're not that kind of shop.
